Cleaning the filter

The pre-filter and activated carbon filter attached to the HEPA filter should be cleaned every month or more frequently, depending on the environmental conditions

The 3-in-1 combination filter consists of multiple layers that include a pre-filter, activated carbon filter, and antiviral HEPA filter.

Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to remove lint and dirt from the 3-in-1 filter.

Only the removable pre-filter on the 3-in-1 filter is washable. Ensure the pre-filter is completely dry after washing before attaching it back to the combination filter and replacing it to the air purifier.
